Estimated delivery times after processing:

Local deliveries (Montreal area): 1–3 business days
Canada-wide shipping: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order size, weight, and selected shipping method.

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist you.
